What the heck is PaulsFinest.com?
I started PaulsFinest.com in 2001 because I was tired of having to order from the US just to get the finest products at fair prices! I figured I couldn't be the only one frustrated at the poor selection, high prices, and dirty/returned/manhandled stock at local stores. Turns out I was right! :-)
Everything we sell is brand new, with no seconds or returns or refurbished items unless indicated on the product page... sometimes we do offer B-stock items (sometimes still brand-new, just with damaged packaging) at an additional discount, so keep an eye out for such deals, they always go fast!
Over the years our selection has evolved, but the focus on high quality, great fast service, and fair prices has remained.
To keep prices low and service fast and reliable, we only sell via the web site and do not have a retail store. Please note that local order pickups are not possible. We ship by Canada Post Expedited service (fully insured) which is fast, cheap and reliable. Everything we have available is already listed on this web site (if it's not here, we don't have it).

Always. If you sent us an email and haven't received a response within 24 hours, it's probably because we never received it -- so if you sent an email and I haven't responded within a reasonable amount of time, check your Spam folder, try again, or call.
Sorry, phone orders are not possible -- all orders must be placed via the web site (the site is kept up to date with inventory and prices so the numbers you see on the site are correct up to the minute).
All orders ship out from our warehouse located in the Montreal area.
