Excellent for cooking, flipping, etc., of food. You will find lots of uses for them and they give a surprising amount of dexterity.

I have 6 other Glass Stones up to #16,000 but they are locked in a
moving container for 4 years now. Was missing them so purchased a replacement #500 and went to #2000 and a #6000 to compliment my other set. I am very impressed with the #2000 & #6000. Worked some dull knives that were in bad shape very fast.
These stones are worth the money easily. Started out with King Water Stones many years ago and there is "NO" comparison!

These knives are absolutely gorgeous and are razor sharp. My first Japanese knives and for the price they can’t be beat. Even though I have many knives I may have to buy another of these.
