The Wusthof Classic IKON Chef's Knife, 16 cm (6.3"), is a great all-around small kitchen knife for home or professional use. This shape is the most essential of all knives used in the kitchen. 6-inch length is great for someone who prepares mostly smaller items or who just feels more comfortable with a smaller knife but still wants that traditional European chef's knife shape. Precision forged from a single blank of steel with full tang. Features the popular new blade style without bolster, for ease of sharpening, full-blade length performance, and lighter weight.

Wusthof Classic Icon 6” Chef’s Knife

I love this knife!
From its balance, to its build quality and its looks, this knife is far and away the nicest knife I’ve used in the kitchen.
As for the delivery:
Paul’s Finest processed my order within hours of me placing it. The knife was packaged really well, and arrived with me like I’d picked it up from the store.
I have no hesitation in recommending this knife series from Wusthof or recommending Paul’s Finest as the supplier.

The 6 inch length is perfect for my day to day kitchen use since I cook for only one person.
